As a Coordinator I was good at performing my tasks but still I was lacking somewhere. I didn't have the complete knowledge I should have. I like the content and the case studies. I like the shared decision policy . Some time a head forcefully draft a policy and implement that without the knowledge of consequences. Then he feel to change that. So Shared decision is better way to draft policies .
