I like the way the course has been structured. It helped me to understand the challenges that any school faces. Why planning is important and the strategies to execute it. It helped me understand how from HR to administrator, from Infra to school canteen, how each aspects are important. Also the role of curricular and co-curricular activities in the curriculum.

My experience was quite a smooth one. I found the content quite informative though a bit practical scenarios would have made things more interesting. The assignment in the beginning seemed fine but the pattern became monotonous for the 2nd and 3rd module. I am trainer at Asian College of Teachers.
