It actually gives a fair idea about the appraisal recruitment and contingency plan for the schools to survive along with the issues to be managed by the school.It gives a individual a good idea to understand how to deal with staff and parent's.I am very happy with this course. I had previously done PG in PPTT from ACT and this time again ACT has helped me gain knowledge. Thanks ACT once again.
