It was an insightful experience about the management of the school. I Was enlighted about various aspects of that are to be managed in the school. At regular intervals, during the course, I was forced to look int myself and I can see myself sitting sometimes in the place of a teacher and some times sitting in the place of a student. It made me realize what a teacher wants to form an institution and what should be delivered to the students in real sense. It made it clear that school administration is a job that should be done with complete knowledge and comeplete honesty as it is the case of the future of the nation.
