Aditi T Gosalia is someone with a plethora of qualifications in her kitty. She is a Psychology graduate, holds a Diploma in Human Resource, did a PGP in Business Management, pursuing her P G Diploma in Training and Development and PGDRM from reputed institutions. Workingin the education sectorwas her primary concern for which she wanted to get a clear picture of the requisite skills.

She opted for the PG Diploma in Educational Leadership Program because when she came across it, the amalgamation of a varied range of ideas and concepts in the curriculum is what made her enrol inthe program. She agrees with the fact that when we work, we put things into practice, for which concepts play a key role. According to her, “Being in the education sector, understanding the concepts is a must”. ACT’s PG Diploma Educational Leadership Program provided her with a clear understanding of the concepts and hence she decided to go for it.

Apart from being a life coach, she is currently working with MET league of colleges, Mumbai, as a Senior Manager in the Mass Media Section. With almost 15 years of experience, her work requires her to don a range of hats – from writing website content and playing a part in educational management, academic training, training management to handling a team and much more, she has been there and done it all.
